Not at all. No new accounts, no apps — just use your regular banking app or online banking portal, the same way you would for any domestic transfer.

Your payment details are included in your invoice. If anything is unclear, please reach out to your supplier directly.

We recommend using your bank’s app or online banking portal. Some branch counter systems may not recognize the account format, which can cause the transaction to fail. Online banking is available 24/7 and will process your transfer without any issues.

Payments sent before your bank’s cut-off time on a banking day are typically credited the same day. Transfers made after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next banking day.

Your supplier will confirm receipt of payment on their end. Once you’ve completed the transfer, feel free to let them know so they can follow up.

No — your transaction remains an international import regardless of the payment route. As with any import, please retain your invoice and your shipping or customs documents. For any specific tax questions, we recommend consulting your local accountant or tax advisor.

If you have any questions about your payment, please reach out to your supplier — they’ll be happy to help.
