No intermediary banks, no international wire fees. Overall, you’ll pay less than you would with a standard international wire transfer.
With BI-FAST, your payment is credited in real time — usually within seconds.
No SWIFT codes, no special accounts, no new apps to install. Simply pay from your banking app or online banking portal, just as you would for any local payment.
Open your banking app or your bank’s website.
Select “Transfer,” then choose “Transfer to a New Recipient” or “Transfer to Another Bank.” Please use the Transfer menu — not the “Payment / Pembayaran” menu.
Your bank may not select BI-FAST automatically, so please choose it manually.
Your screen will display the recipient name automatically. Please confirm it matches the name given to you by your supplier.
Verify all details, then complete the authentication step required by your bank to confirm the transfer.
Not at all. No new accounts, no apps — just use your regular banking app or online banking portal, the same way you would for any domestic transfer.
Your payment details are included in your invoice. If anything is unclear, please reach out to your supplier directly.
Yes. When transferring from an ATM, you will be asked for a 3-digit bank code — please enter 523 for Bank Sahabat Sampoerna. We recommend using your banking app or online banking, as it is available 24/7.
Please select BI-FAST. It is processed in real time and available 24 hours a day, every day. If your transfer exceeds the BI-FAST limit, you can switch to SKN or RTGS instead — but please note these are available on business days only, from 6:30 to 16:30 WIB.
The BI-FAST limit is up to IDR 250,000,000 per transaction, though some banks set a lower limit. If you see this error, please switch to SKN or RTGS during business hours (6:30–16:30 WIB). Outside those hours, please try again on the next business day.
BI-FAST is a real-time payment service available 24/7. Your payment is credited to the recipient’s account immediately upon completion.
Your supplier will confirm receipt of payment on their end. Once you’ve completed the transfer, feel free to let them know so they can follow up.
No — your transaction remains an international import regardless of the payment route. As with any import, please retain your invoice and your shipping or customs documents. For any specific tax questions, we recommend consulting your local accountant or tax advisor.
If you have any questions about your payment, please reach out to your supplier — they’ll be happy to help.
